Refund/ Returns Policy:

COVID-19 UPDATE: Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns at the moment, due to the risk of products becoming contaminated. Your understanding during this time is appreciated. All sales are final and cannot be returned.

SALES: Please note we cannot refund, cancel, or accept returns for products purchased on sale.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

For damaged goods on arrival, please email us immediately upon receipt at info@acemed.co.za and we will assist you.

If you have received the incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the items so we can assist.

On items that are not damaged, we will issue a store credit as a refund.

We do not accept the following returns:
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetics.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
