Shipping Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following week. We ship throughout South Africa, though deliveries to outlying areas may take a day or two longer to arrive.

Orders below R1000 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of R80 for door to door courier shipping. Shipping usually takes 1 – 3 business days for main centres, and 3 – 5 business days for outlying areas.

Orders above R1000 will receive free courier shipping.

Please be sure to provide us with a daytime address where someone will be available to receive your parcel between 08h00 and 17h00. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays – orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered the following week.
